EXCHANGE AND RETURN

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original and completely new packaging (original factory product). *During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until January 15 for purchases from November 20.
