SUPER BAND SET is ideal for improving the stability and coordination of the body through a specific training of the core, as well as training the abdomen, back and torso. It can be used to help strengthen all muscle groups and chains and the 3 bands allow for 3 different intensities. The BLACKROLL® SUPER BAND SET is the intermediate between MULTI and RESIST BAND.
